David Preskill, MD - Chief Medical Officer, Co-Founder
My name is Dr. David Preskill. As an MD and a practicing OB/Gyne, I appreciate the challenges that consumers have in understanding where to find the very best quality medical care as well as the difficulty hard-working physicians face in differentiating their skills and expertise.
When I am not delivering newborns, I enjoy starting new businesses. Prior to TopTierMD, I was founder of ReachMD, an XM Satellite Radio station (Channel 160) targeted exclusively at medical professionals (www.reachmd.com). Prior to ReachMD, I created Inner Vision Imaging, LLC, a medical device company to provide surgeons and pathologists cellular level detail of tissues and organs without the need to perform invasive procedures such as biopsies.
I am a board-certified OB/GYN practicing at Advocate Condell Medical Center in the Chicago suburbs. I graduated from Northwestern Medical School and the University of Illinois-Urbana.

My name is Keith Pascal. I am an entrepreneur and advisor / board member of several service and technology-related businesses. Prior to TopTierMD, I formed Savista, a Software and Outsourced Services provider to the global Retail and Hospitality Industry, which was acquired in 2006. TopTierMD is my fourth startup company.
I live with my family in the Chicago suburbs and am an avid runner. I earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and hold a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.
